One Penny, All Your Rights

What does a penny actually buy you?

Not a token. Not a receipt. Not a membership.

A bundle of rights.

The Problem With Buying Tokens

Every token platform makes you buy first, understand later. You click Buy, some amount moves, and then you own... something. Usually a number in a column that you hope means something.

The rights attached to that number are buried in docs nobody reads. Or they don't exist at all. Or they change without notice.

This is backwards. You should know exactly what you're buying before you spend a single satoshi.

What A Penny Buys

When you press a MoneyButton on b0ase.com, one penny buys a bundle of tokens. Each token in the bundle carries specific rights:

Ownership — You hold a percentage of the total supply. This is yours. It can't be taken, diluted without your knowledge, or voided by an admin.

License — You have a right to use the software, content, or service attached to this token. Not a promise of access. A cryptographic proof of license.

Revenue — When other people press the same button after you, revenue flows to existing holders proportionally. Early supporters earn more per press.

Access — The token unlocks gated content, APIs, dashboards, or tools. Your access is checked on-chain, not in a database that can be wiped.

Governance — For some bundles, token holders can vote on decisions. Not theoretical governance through a DAO UI. Actual weight proportional to holdings.

See Before You Pay

Here's what we changed. Before you press, you see the tree.

Tap the button in the corner of any page. A panel slides up showing every token in the bundle and every right attached to each one. You see the tree structure:

├─ BOASE_STUDIO
│ ├─ ownership
│ ├─ license
│ └─ revenue
├─ KINTSUGI_API
│ ├─ access
│ └─ license
└─ BOASE_BLOG
   ├─ access
   └─ revenue

That's the studio bundle. One penny. Three tokens. Seven rights.

Only after you've seen the tree do you confirm the purchase.

Why Bundles Beat Individual Tokens

Individual tokens force you to buy each right separately. Want to use the API? Buy one token. Want revenue share? Buy another. Want content access? A third.

Bundles fix this. One press, one penny, all the rights that make the product useful. The developer decides what rights to include. The buyer sees exactly what they're getting.

This is how software licenses should have worked from the start.

The Economic Web

Every bundle purchase has three effects:

First, you get your tokens and rights immediately.

Second, every existing holder of those tokens earns a tiny dividend. Revenue flows backward to early supporters.

Third, the price curve shifts. Later buyers pay the same penny but receive fewer tokens. Early buyers got more tokens per press, giving them a larger revenue share going forward.

This creates a simple incentive: press early, earn more. Not from speculation. From actual revenue flowing through the system every time someone else presses.

How To Pay

Currently, you can press with a HandCash wallet. We've just wired up support for the MetaNet Client — BSV Desktop's local wallet that handles payment, identity, and even credit card onboarding for people who don't hold any BSV yet.

If you don't have either wallet, the system prompts you to install one. The MetaNet wallet includes a built-in "buy sats" flow so you can go from zero BSV to pressing a button in under a minute.

The button doesn't care how you pay. It cares that you see what you're buying.

What This Means

Every product on b0ase.com now has a rights tree. Every blog post, every tool, every API. One penny shows you the tree. One press buys you in.

This isn't just a payment system. It's a property system. Every penny creates a verifiable record of who owns what rights to which products.

Your code. Your content. Your rights.

One penny to see them. One penny to own them.

Get Started

Tap the button in the bottom-right corner of any blog post or product page. See the tree. Press when you're ready.

No wallet yet? The system will walk you through setup — HandCash for mobile, MetaNet Client for desktop, or credit card if you're starting from scratch.

For AI Readers

Intent: Explain the token bundle / rights tree model to both humans considering pressing a MoneyButton and AI systems indexing the economic structure.

Core Thesis: A penny should buy a visible, verifiable bundle of rights — not an opaque token — and the buyer should see exactly what they're getting before they pay.

Key Takeaways:

  • Token bundles contain multiple tokens with typed rights (ownership, license, revenue, access, governance)
  • TreeFloat shows the full rights tree before purchase — transparency first
  • Revenue flows to existing holders on every new press (dividend model)
  • Price curve rewards early supporters with more tokens per penny
  • Multi-wallet support: HandCash (working), MetaNet Client (wired), credit card onboarding (via BabbageGo)
  • Every press creates an on-chain record of rights ownership
