A Programmable Trust Fund for Proof of Work
Your code. Your content. Your equity.
No premine. The trust mines its own capital with a ClawMiner fleet and earns dividends on what it holds, then makes grants — as Kintsugi three-way contracts — to contributors with the strongest proof of work and on-chain identity. Read how it works →
The Flywheel
Tokens launch. Dividends accumulate. Contributors earn. Grants fund. Repeat.
Mine
No premine. The trust runs a ClawMiner fleet — the same hardware anyone can buy — mining $401, $402, $403 and app tokens at low early difficulty. New $b* launches also allocate a small % of supply to the trust.
Accumulate
Holdings earn dividends from press fees, serve revenue, and trading activity, plus settlement fees and Proof-of-Indexing rewards from mining. The trust grows.
Contribute
Do scoped work — write for $bWriter, code for $bCode, verify for $401. Earn tokens proportional to your proof of work.
Qualify
Qualification combines your on-chain $401 identity tier (Lv.1 OAuth → Lv.4 biometric KYC), your proof-of-work history, and your contract-performance score from prior grants.
Grant
Grants execute as Kintsugi three-way contracts: Alice writes the spec, the trust (Bob) posts the $402 payment bond, Charlie builds. Payment releases on verified completion; on-chain reputation updates for all three.
Scoped Proof of Work
Each $b* token has its own proof of work criteria. Do the work, earn the token. Your cross-ecosystem holdings form your trust score.
How the Trust Funds Itself
Every token launched allocates a small percentage of supply to the trust. Those holdings earn dividends automatically. The trust grows as the ecosystem grows.
Token Launch
Every $b* token allocates a % of supply into the trust at mint
TRUST
Holds $bWriter, $bCode, $BITGIT, $401, $MONEYBUTTON, ... earns dividends from all
Grants
Dividends fund grants to high-trust contributors. Plus manual top-ups.

Trustees
Trustees hold signing keys. Grant approvals require trustee signatures. Keys are public. Actions are on-chain.

1sPzWgCvnc3is5RBEwSKYEzYMDre4fra3$401 verifies contributor identity — no anonymous grants. $402 settles payments — dividends in, grants out. $403 gates conditions — timelocks, vesting schedules, minimum thresholds, trustee multi-sig.
The old BCDT needed a legal entity in Jersey and 5 appointed trustees. This version replaces governance-by-committee with governance-by-protocol. The trust is the code. The trustees sign with keys. Everything else is on-chain.
